Most e-bike batteries end up loose at home: on a workbench, in the meter cupboard, or on the charger in the hallway. If something goes wrong, nothing stands between the battery and the rest of the house. The Safety Box is that missing step: a closed case the battery goes into the moment it comes off the bike.

The box is built for exactly those situations: a night at a hotel, caravan, camper or holiday home, renting an electric bike, and at home in the shed, garage or storage room.

What people use it for

For transport, the UN approval is what counts. Which packing instruction applies depends on the condition of the battery and the version of the case.
